Keep in KURAMA Warehouse
We have this option when you choose shipping method during check-out. “Keep in KURAMA Warehouse” means your merchandise will be kept in our warehouse in Japan; In this case shipping fee will not be charged until you tell us to ship. As many Super Fans may Pre-order toys monthly, you may instruct us to ship all together so that a combine shipping fee will be calculated. It will SAVE more if all orders were shipped individually.
Returns and Refund Policy
You may return NEW, Unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the order is a result of our error ( you received an incorrect or defective item ).
Kindly note that you should expect to receive your refund within four (4) weeks after we received your returned package. As a gesture of customer goodwill, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time to process your return once we received it (3 to 5 business days), and the time to process refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping Policy
We can ship to any address in the world by Japan Post , Japan Post Courier or International Express. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotation page.
When the item is in stock, we will secure the item for your order. 1-3 Handling time is required to ship out the orders.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of the item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Why PRE-ORDER ?
Figures and Model Kits are too hot to buy, especially Premium BANDAI series. You neither cannot buy nor price too high when it is actually released on the NET. Certain Order Deposit is required to “PLACE SAFE” of your order. Your favorite merchandise will be ordered in scheduled time and ship when it is released.
