S.H.Figuarts Alien Guts Action Figure (Completed)

I recently purchased this guy. I was never a huge fan of Alien Guts, but when I saw the pics of this figure I was impressed by it's looks. The paint job, sculpt and details on this is fantastic, from the patterns on the legs and arms to the creases on the limbs, right down to the green pupils. As for articulation, this guy is a bit more limited than other Figuarts, mostly due to the sculpt. The head can only move down and back a little, not side to side. There's articulation on the shoulders, upper arms and forearms, as well as hands, though that can also be limited due to the sculpt. The beak can open and close but only very little since it's such a small space. The legs also are articulated, although the knees are not double jointed, so that also limits certain poses. The figure I got had pretty good joints, tight but not too still. Despite the somewhat limited articulation, it's a very nice figure and one of the best sculpts of the original Alien Guts. The accessory ray effect and added Ultraseven effect (for the Figuarts Ultraseven) are nice as well. This is a very nice looking figure.
